Super Buch. Sehr spannend, sehr überraschend. Bin gespannt auf die weiteren Bände.

As thrilling as the previous books. An interesting mixture of diving into the body and mind of a killer without being a killer in reality.

Einerseits versuchen die Autoren die Gefahren auf klassische Weise darzustellen, in dem sie Aufzeigen was unter Umständen passieren kann. Es wird aber auch eine kleine Geschichte erzählt, in Romanform, die eine Dystopie aufzeigt. Da das Buch schon sieben Jahre alt ist, ist die Dystopie nicht mehr ganz so weit weg wie damals. :-)

Zwischendurch war es ganz unterhaltsam zu lesen aber so richtig fesselnd war es nicht. Die Tipps im letzten Kapitel waren ganz nützlich aber auch nicht so überraschend.

Good to hear, although it's hard to write some notes while hearing and driving a car. I might buy the paper or kindle version to make some notes.

This is not a step by step recipe to accomplish what is important in your life. I would have been surprised if they know me and wrote the recipe for me, personally.
So, be open to adapt, ask yourself some questions and act upon the answers.

A lot of interesting stuff in it but also a lot of stuff that is simply not as important as it was in the past. It's not a cover to cover book to me but I will have a look at it again once I need to dig deep into a specific topic.

I listened to the audio version. It was depressing, especially the first part(s) of the book, in which Joshua talks about his childhood and youth.
My mood changed a bit, later in the book, but a slight depressing mood was always there.
If you don't know why minimalism could be interesting this could be a book for you.

I will definitely read / listen to the other minimalism books.

Great Book. Lots of example stories. Also some specific tips to improve working in a different mode to accomplish more deep work.

Insgesamt ein unterhaltsames Buch mit vielen Geschichten und verblüffenden oft auch erschütternden Fakten wie z.B. das nur wenige Ärzte (5% falls ich mich recht erinnere) richtig mit Wahrscheinlichkeiten umgehen können.

Sehr gute Einführung in AngularJS mit praktischen Beispielen.

Very interesting, not so long read about different aspects regarding micro services. Spiced up with stories, models and code. Definitely worth reading for me.

A good book. Nice story. Not too deep. Not too long.

Really interesting how Adrian described that he had to do (and finish) this journey.
His different feelings showed up every now and that made it clear to me that this (sailing alone around the world) is really an extreme experience.
