Using Rand's biography to illuminate the policies that led to the economic crash in the U.S. and in Europe and the global financial crisis of 2008, Cunningham shows how her philosophy continues to affect today's politics and policies, starting with her most noted disciple, economist Alan Greenspan (former chairman of the Federal Reserve). Cunningham also shows how right-wing conservatives, libertarians, and the Tea Party movement have co-opted Rand's teachings (and inherent contradictions) to promote personal gain and profit at the expense of the middle class.

Wusste bei der Anschaffung noch nicht nicht das es sich um ein Comic handeln. Aber das war okay.
Auch die ersten beiden Teilen waren okay. stark verkürzt und einseitig, aber korrekt.
Der letzte Part allerdings, der nur zwischen Liberal und Konservativ unterscheidet und dabei Studien zur Unterstützung seiner Thesen heranzieht, die beim besten Willen nichts mit dem Thema zu tun haben. Einzig der Vergleich zwischen Tea Party und UKIP, der einen auch noch an Trump Wähler und AFD / Pegida Unterstützter denken läßt war okay. Vielleicht als Einstieg in Rands Bücher nicht schlecht. Wobei ich schon vor der Lektüre kritisch auf Ayn Rands Werke und Einstellungen geblickt habe.
