Review of 'Rework' on 'Goodreads'

Will you read something that blows you away, that you NEVER heard of?
Of cause not but there are few books who do.

This is a composition of, I don’t know, 25 essays or so. Some are very short, some are a bit longer.

It’s been written so you can re-read it, maybe once a year, as a reminder for the things which you lost/forgot during the last year. At least, I see it like this.

e.g.
„All companies have customers. Lucky companies have fans. But the most fortunate companies have audiences.“

„If you build software, every error message is marketing.“

„If customers depend on your service and can’t get to it, it’s not merely an inconvenience. It’s a crisis. An inconvenience is a long line at the grocery store. This ain’t that.“

„Culture is action, not words.“
