Categorizing people into archteypes sounded good to me in the beginning. However there are to problems that I have with the book:

The author never quotes any scientific background for his approach but later on in the book mentions how it all originated with Hippocrates' four humours. I simply cannot take anyone serious who thinks in this day and age that any method derived from the for humours is viable.

In the chapter with real-life examples he interviews some people about their thoughts on the book and how they apply their learnings in everyday life. Firstly, the people seem to be perfect caricatures of the colours that he has elaborated for 200 pages. It reads as if the whole thing is completely made up. Secondly, the people here seem to categorize everyone in their life into these colours. Even their spouses! I can totally understand how somebody would be using …
