I heard the audio book and I liked it. The speaker is Simon Sinek ( the author himself). In general I think it is a good idea to start with why but the book is too thick to share this more or less simple idea. Half the pages /time would have been enough. There is a good Ted Talk (www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action) from Simon which pretty much sums up the idea of the book.
