Typical Dan-Brown-Conspiracy-Bullshit. I wouldn't mind if the story had been exciting. Quit at page 98.
132 kurze Kapitel halten den Leser auf über 750 Seiten in atemloser Spannung. Man jagt von Cliffhanger zu Cliffhanger und kann das Buch zum Ende hin nicht mehr aus der Hand legen. Solide Unterhaltung also, so sagen die Einen - immer wieder das Gleiche, so sagen die anderen. Zwar habe ich das Buch recht zügig und mit Interesse gelesen, aber es stellte sich sehr schnell ein Gefühl der Übersättigung bei mir ein. Nichts Neues, was die handelnden Charaktere angeht und die ständigen Griffe in die Verschwörungskiste nerven auf die Dauer.
Massentaugliche spannende Unterhaltung, die bei manchem geneigten Leser doch einen etwas drögen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen mag.
