Interesting book, especially the defenses written by Oscar Wilde himself. It really shows off Wilde's ability of crafting clever criticisms towards the critics themselves. The voices of the critics have two primary focuses: that the book was immoral, and that it was badly written. Wilde took pride in the former, and scoffed at the latter.
