Hainbat liburu ezagunetan bezala elkarri istorioak kontatzen dizkiote protagonistek, gero guztien artean gertatutakoa argitzen saiatzeko. Hasieran gutxiesten badute ere, laster batean nabarmentzen da Miss Marple etxekoandrearen azkartasuna. Istorio laburrak interesgarriak dira eta bukaeran ustekabean harrapatzen zaituzte.
