As in some of his other short stories (from Strange Weather), Joe Hill's writing always seem to suck me in from the first page. The Pram is an interesting take on loss, anger and resentment, and whilst I really enjoyed it, as often happens with short stories I wish he went a bit deeper into explaining The Covenant and the woods surrounding the farmhouse.
