Ranma, Genma, and Soun receive a legendary martial arts outfit said to endow its wearer with ultimate power, only to discover that the outfit selects its wearer. When they take it back to the Tendo Dojo, it chooses Akane, making it impossible for Ranma to defeat her in battle.
