A very interesting book. Its a rant on the iunhumane behaviour of industrialism and that if we want to make a difference we have to focus on what is important in life, things like act as a human and not as a "human resouce" and show compassion. This is what is significance in a world full of stopwatches and bosses instead of leaders.
